About us
Our Craft
Every item at Monsoon is made by hand—from folding our croissants layer by layer, to patiently fermenting sourdough for 24 hours. We use premium ingredients including French AOP butter, Japanese flour, Belgian chocolate, and seasonal local fruits. Our pastries are baked daily in small batches to preserve freshness and attention to detail. This isn’t mass production—it’s edible craftsmanship.

Our Style
We blend classic European baking with subtle Asian flavors to create something uniquely ours. Think Earl Grey mousse cakes, matcha red bean rolls, and yuzu-laced tarts. We’re always exploring new flavor stories, guided by curiosity, seasonality, and feedback from our loyal guests.
What You’ll Discover
Inside our atelier, you’ll find more than just pastries. We offer a thoughtful curation of:
✽ Daily fresh viennoiserie (croissants, danishes)
✽ Slow-fermented artisan breads
✽ Celebration cakes and tea cakes
✽ Seasonal specials and limited-edition bakes
✽ Gift sets for birthdays, holidays, or corporate orders
✽ Hands-on baking workshops led by our chefs
Whether you’re here for a morning treat, a celebration cake, or just to enjoy the smell of butter and flour, Monsoon is a space to slow down and savor.
Our Values
Monsoon is built on three core values:
Slow Craft
We believe good things take time. Each bake is a careful blend of tradition, technique, and patience.
Honest Ingredients
We use only real, fresh, and wholesome ingredients. No shortcuts, just simple quality you can taste.
Human Connection
From our guests to our team and suppliers, we treat everyone like family.
