Pain au Chocolat

A delightful combination of laminated croissant dough wrapped around two rich bars of dark chocolate. Mushroom Quiche Slice

Our sourdough boule is naturally leavened and slow-fermented for over 24 hours to develop its complex flavor profile. The golden crust is delightfully chewy and slightly blistered, while the interior crumb is open, moist, and slightly tangy.

Sakura Cream Bun

This soft milk bun is filled with sakura-infused custard, offering a subtle floral aroma and a creamy texture. Topped with pickled cherry blossoms and pink glaze, it’s as photogenic as it is delicious. A seasonal springtime delicacy that pairs beautifully with tea.
